Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to join our Leasing team as a Junior Recovery Executive. The ideal candidate should possess 1-2 years of experience in a reputable Financial Institute or Bank, along with excellent problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills. A high level of computer literacy, fluency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil languages, and the successful completion of the G C E Advance Level are also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Debt Monitoring: Monitor assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts and formulate effective strategies for recovery.
Customer Communication: Proactively contact customers via telephone to encourage timely payment and discuss feasible repayment solutions.
Recovery Planning: Devise appropriate courses of action to facilitate the prompt recovery of outstanding payments.
Debtor Management: Locate and communicate with debtors to ascertain their payment status and negotiate suitable payment deadlines or installment plans.
Customer Support: Address customer queries and concerns with a professional and empathetic approach.
Key Attributes:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a reputed Financial Institute or Bank.
Education: Successful completion of the G C E Advance Level.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
Language Skills: Fluency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil (an advantage).
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging situations with resilience and tact.
