Job Description:

As a Production Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with the production team, overseeing the day-to-day activities, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and quality. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight: Manage and supervise daily production activities, ensuring they adhere to quality and safety standards.

Process Optimization: Continuously review and enhance manufacturing processes to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.

Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high product quality and compliance with industry standards.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate production staff to meet performance targets and foster a positive working environment.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, track raw materials, and ensure that production schedules are met without delay.

Reporting: Generate and analyze production reports, identifying areas for improvement and recommending necessary changes.

Resource Allocation: Manage resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize production output.

Compliance: Ensure that all production activities adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in production management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with industry regulations and quality control standards.
