Job Description:

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Production to join our manufacturing team in Maharagama, Sri Lanka. As an Executive Production, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for overseeing the production floor, managing production schedules, and coordinating with various departments to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight: Supervise and monitor day-to-day production activities to ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Production Planning: Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring that production targets are met while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Resource Management: Manage production resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and reduce downtime.

Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards and make necessary improvements when deviations occur.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste minimization. Implement and monitor improvements in collaboration with the management team.

Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to production staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that employees are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.

Health and Safety: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure and healthy work environment.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, including raw materials and finished products, and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure adequate supplies.

Reporting: Generate and analyze production reports, providing regular updates to senior management regarding production performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Industrial Management) preferred.

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
