Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the design team to develop creative and practical architectural solutions for a diverse range of projects.
Assist in preparing design drawings, models, and presentations to communicate architectural concepts effectively.
Conduct site visits to gather relevant data and ensure project compliance with design specifications and local regulations.
Support the development of construction documents, including detailed plans, sections, and elevations, while adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Research and stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies to integrate innovative and sustainable elements into our projects.
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to understand project requirements and contribute fresh ideas.
Aid in the coordination of project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Assist in the review and evaluation of contractor bids, proposals, and construction documents to maintain quality control and project integrity.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from a reputable institution.
Demonstrated proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, with a strong understanding of 3D modeling and rendering.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
A strong eye for detail and a passion for innovative design solutions, coupled with a solid understanding of construction techniques and materials.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing deadlines effectively.
