Client Centre Executive - Service

Job Description:

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their financial inquiries and providing solutions that align with their needs and objectives.

 

Customer Service Excellence: Deliver top-tier customer service by ensuring prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.

 

Financial Guidance: Assist clients in understanding various financial products and services offered by the bank, providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions.

 

Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve client complaints and issues, ensuring that all concerns are addressed in a professional and timely manner.

 

Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant financial products and services to clients, contributing to the bank's growth and revenue targets.

 

Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, update information, and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.

 

Compliance: Stay updated on the latest financial regulations and internal policies to ensure compliance with all applicable rules and standards.

 

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and trends to help improve services and support strategic decision-making.

 

Qualifications:

 

A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.

 

Prior experience in customer service, particularly in a banking or financial services setting, is a significant advantage.

 

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

 

Knowledge of banking products and services.

 

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

 

Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.

 

Proactive and results-oriented approach to work.

 

Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
